Working with Gravina’s was a simple and quick process. I received a quote from them quickly and once it was agreed upon, they sent someone out to perform final measurements. After that I received confirmation that the materials were ordered and installation would occur 6-8 weeks after. They delivered on that promise plus some, as the window was installed ahead of schedule. My window was unique in that it’s massive (9’x8’), so I was worried it would be expensive but Gravina’s gave me an honest quote and completed the job satisfactorily.

I had Gravinas replace all my windows 2 yrs and and my sliding doors this past week and both times they provided exceptional service. They were on time, cooperative, quick, and friendly.

I’m so happy with a repair that Gravinas did on my sliding glass door. They always communicated with me and showed up when they were scheduled.

Gravina’s provided outstanding service. This is our fourth home and third window replacement project - we have lots of experience to compare to. The sales and measurement teams offered solid advice and problem solving. The pricing was transparent. The timeline was faster than promised. And the installers were truly exceptional. They clearly took pride in their work, and somehow they left work areas spotless at the end of each day, as if we weren’t even living through a whole home project. The owner stopped by at two different steps in the process, definitely a local and high quality approach. Highly recommend.

Sales: Low pressure quotes. Very conscious of budget constraints and gave multiple options in the same budget. I was able to go to the showroom to verify our selection before we signed. Will be using them again. Installation: The installer showed up in a real work truck, not a pavement princess. The truck has seen it's fair share of work. Jeremy our installer went above and beyond with my 1900s wood framed house, doing some minor fixes areas around the window openings that needed love before installing the windows. Our expectations were honestly lower than the quality of service we got. Oh... And they actually communicate every step of the way. They tell you when they're going to arrive, and then they actually arrive at that time. If they are delayed, they call and tell you that they are delayed. I didn't have to wait around for a 4 hour appointment window like some other contractors.

Great start to finish! Literally! Kind people to work with, responsive and kept us informed on all steps of the process. The attention to detail was wonderful and appreciated. As a busy mom, I loved that I don’t have to do any further touch ups or clean up. It’s just a beautiful door that wasn’t there before! Thanks for what you do and how you do it, Gravina’s!
